Ongoing Service and Support

Cardiopulmonary Corp. offers annual software support contracts to our clients to insure that systems are operating properly and with the latest software patches.  We encourage all our clients to participate in the support contract program.  Included with the annual service contract is:

  • 24/7 Help Desk Support
  • Periodic System Health Checks
  • Free Service Pack Installations
  • Patches and Service Packs for OS and third-party software
  • Coordination of hardware warranty calls (system hardware is covered under manufacturer's warranty)

Latest Patch Information

On a periodic basis, Cardiopulmonary will publish a listing of the approved patches for the operating system or other third-part provider.  For clients covered by a Software Support Agreement, the service team handles the download and installation of these patches.  For clients without a service contract, we encourage them to review this list frequently for patches that should be applied to their systems.

McAfee has recently discontinued support for the McAfee Viruscan product operating on Windows server class operating systems. After a careful review of antivirus software options, Cardiopulmonary Corp. has chosen Trend Micro SMB as its preferred antivirus solution. Please check our website often for the latest list of tested updates from Trend Micro. These posted updates have been tested and approved for use with the Bernoulli Information System.
